The Tenth Reunion of the 585th Engineer Company (Vietnam) Association will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Airport North, 3838 East Van Buren Street, Phoenix, Arizona, 85008, TEL: 1-602-306-2323

The dates are Friday, October 23 2015 thru Monday October 26 2015, with reunion rates available 3 days before and three days after our gathering. Association members attending this reunion are responsible for booking their own rooms.

Our room rate is $89.00 a night plus tax; includes breakfast. As before, we welcome all Vietnam Vets and their families at our reunions. Please contact Ken Seymour directly if you are planning to bring guests to the reunion. Please register as soon as possible.

The 585th Club and Hospitality Room will be in Camelback II & III.

To register for the reunion, mail your check in the amount of $35.00 per adult and $25 for Children. Children 12 and under are free. Please annotate in the check memo space a “C” for chicken, “B” for beef or “F” for fish for each person for the Sunday banquet meal. For our Tenth Reunion, we will again have a raffle, which is the major source of the association funds for our operation and projects. This includes maintaining our website, purchasing awards for outstanding service, supporting worthwhile organizations and projects and maintaining a reserve for unforeseen future needs. It is important that each member attending the reunion bring a prize for our raffle. We suggest items with a value of $25 or more. Robert Henry will be our Grand Auctioneer. Your support is essential for this fund raising event. Thanks in advance for your support.

Please bring with you copies of any orders you may have from while you were with the 585th. This is the best tool where is in locating people, as there are many other members' names on them that we have yet to locate. Also, please bring any photos you have so we can put them on our website to share.
