For more information about individual room reservations see the attached page from the hotel. Note that there is a higher guest room rate for Friday & Saturday nights for those members arriving earlier or staying later than the official reunion period.

This guest room rates includes complementary parking, but does not include a breakfast. The Mountain Trail Restaurant in the hotel charges $10/person for a breakfast buffet if the tickets are purchased the night before, or $12/person if purchased on the morning of the breakfast. The restaurant serves breakfast and supper, but not lunch.

The registration fee for this reunion will be $100 per person and will include the Monday evening pizza party and the Wednesday evening banquet.

Shuttle service from Knoxville Tyson Airport is very expensive. The association recommends car rental from the Knoxville airport to Gatlinburg.

Parking in the Glenstone Lodge parking lot is strictly for members with guest rooms in the hotel. Others not staying at the Glenstone Lodge should park in one of the private parking lots near the hotel.

Please make your room reservations early so that we can release or add rooms to our block without experiencing penalty costs.

Because there is no bar in the hotel, each member will be asked to bring their own alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. All guest rooms have mini refrigerators for storage of beverages and food. Also, a mini refrigerator and a microwave oven will be located in our Hospitality Room.

As usual, members are asked to bring items for the auction and raffle. This has been a great source of income for our association, and has been a fun event.

The Glenstone Lodge is located with many shops and restaurants within short walking distance of the hotel. At this time there are no organized tours planned. Members are encouraged to do their sightseeing on their own.
